We had a mix of cold meats with cheese and jams
Fresh culatello tartare and Parmesan cheese flan
Tagliolini with culatello and prosciutto and cheese risotto
Braciole with roasted potatoes
and beef “tagliata”
and the best strawberry desserts ever!
